When you’re running an eCommerce store, it becomes essential to study and analyse the customer behaviour and activities on different platforms so that you can analyse the behaviour of your customer and the performance of your store. The Tracking and Pixel app on Kwikcart is a powerful application built for this very purpose.

What is Tracking and Pixel App on Kwikcart?

The Tracking and Pixel application is an in-built app on Kwikcart that allows you to integrate with different social media applications, particularly the social media advertisements aspect, for instance, Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Google ads, etc., so that you can see the user activities and analyse the customer behaviour based on the data available for your perusal.

This helps a lot in launching just the products that your customers need and boosting your sales. So, let’s have a look at how to activate this app functionality on your eCommerce store.

Steps to Activate Tracking and Pixel App on Kwikcart

There are a few quick and easy steps that you need to follow-

1. Go to the “Apps'' option on the Kwikcart Dashboard.

2. You’ll be directed to a page where you can find many different Kwik Apps. On this page, click on the “Configure” button below the “Tracking and Pixel” option.

3. You’ll be directed to a page where you need to fill in your tracking ids. Fill in your Google Analytics Tracking id and Facebook Pixel id to allow the application to start tracking the required data and details for business analytics.

You can even enter more than one tracking id separated by commas.

4. You can also add tracking ids for Google Ads. Another privilege is to add a separate tracking id for different events such as Page View, Add to Cart, Initiate Checkout, Purchase, and Lead.

The tracking of all such events shows you where the customer reached in the buyers’ journey on your eCommerce store.

5. You can do the same things as explained in Step 4 for Tik Tok tracking as well.

6. Furthermore, you can set up tracking for other applications and platforms by simply entering them in the Header, Footer, or Body section.

7. Once done, click on the “Save Changes” button at the bottom.

All the settings that you’ve made will be applied to all the domains added to your Kwikcart account.

Final Words

So, that’s how you set up Tracking and Pixel on your eCommerce store to track the customer behaviours and activities for different events.

We hope that this tutorial was helpful and you’ve been able to set up tracking and pixel on your eCommerce store successfully.
