Affiliate Marketing is an excellent strategy to boost your sales. You can easily create an affiliate system on your eCommerce store and leave it to your affiliate marketers to bring in sales instead of commissions paid to them.

Kwikcart comes with excellent functionalities to set up a full-fledged affiliate system on your eCommerce store. Let’s see how it’s done.

How to Set Up an Affiliate System on Kwikcart?

Kwikcart has an in-built affiliate system and all you need to do for setting it up is make the necessary customization and edits.

The first thing that you need to do is activate the affiliate system functionalities by choosing “Enable for Affiliates” in your product lists and funnels. So, let’s have a look at the steps for the same.

Steps to Enable Affiliates in Product Lists

1. Go to the “Products” option on the Kwikcart dashboard and click on “Add Products.”


2. Scroll down to the Pricing option, and then under the “Commissions” tab, click the checkbox for the “Enable for Affiliate” option. 


3. Once you check the box for “Enable for Affiliate,” the page shows additional options to add commission type and price. 

Choose the Commission Type from the options available. 

4. Next, enter the Commission Amount.


5. After this, when you finally publish the product, you will be able to see the same in the “Affiliate Offers” section available in the “Affiliates” option on the Kwikcart dashboard.


Note: You can follow the same process to enable affiliate offers in the funnels as well.

Once you enable the affiliate systems for your products and funnels, affiliate marketers will be able to see the affiliate offer links for the products on your eCommerce store. You can check the list of all these affiliates in the “All Affiliate” section.

You can even enable or disable any affiliate in this list itself.


Affiliate Orders

This section allows you to see the orders that your affiliates have brought in. Additionally, you can filter the orders based on the payment status, payment type, and order status to have a more detailed insight.

Additionally, there is a “More Filter” option that you can use to add more advanced settings for filtering your orders.


Affiliate Payouts

You need to keep a track of the commissions that you have paid to the affiliates. This section in the affiliate system allows you to keep that record. You can also use this section to make the commission payments to your affiliates.

Here are the steps to generate the payouts and mark payment status for the affiliates-

1. Select the date range for which you want to generate the payment and then click on the “Generate Payout” button.


2. You’ll see a list of affiliates with their payout amounts for the selected date range. 

3. On this page as shown in the screenshot above, you can click on the “View” button to see further details. You can also mark the payment status as “Paid” once you’ve done the payment within this section.


Affiliate Settings

The settings option allows you to design the login and signup pages and configure other important settings for your affiliate system.
