Orders are the most important aspect of an eCommerce store. All the sales come from these orders and to maintain the reputation of your store, you need to fulfill the orders efficiently. This will require you to remain constantly updated about the orders you’re receiving while also managing other aspects of your store.

So, several order options become highly essential for your store. That’s what this article is about. In this article, we’re going to be discussing the order options available on Kwikcart that make order management a breeze.

Order Options on Kwikcart

When you go on the order tab on Kwikcart, you’ll find multiple options there as shown below.

Let’s understand each of the options available so that you can manage your orders efficiently.

1. All Orders

The very first option that you’ll find in the Orders section of Kwikcart is “All Orders.”

When your customers place an order on your eCommerce store, they get updated in this section. Here’s how the section looks.

How to View Order Details?

1. Click on any order number to view the order details.

2. You will be able to see all the order details as shown below-

From here, you can even edit the orders and update tracking as per the needs and requirements.

Furthermore, on the initial “All Orders” page, there are options that allow you to filter the orders as per their payment status, payment type, order status, etc.

2. All Customers

This section is simply a ledger of customers that shows you the customer information and details like name, email, phone number, and order id.

3. Abandoned Checkout

The abandoned checkout is the orders that weren’t completed by the customers. It means that they went ahead with the purchase, but didn’t finish the transaction. Having details of such carts is essential so that you can follow up on the customers and encourage them to complete the purchase.

The abandoned Checkout option in the Orders section allows you to view all the details of incomplete purchases.

4. Squeeze Emails

This option is built to help create your email list. Any email addresses that you receive as a result of your lead funnels are shown in this option.

You can even export the entire email list built as a result of your lead funnels by using the “Export Email List” option on the top.

5. Export Order

Sometimes, you may want to export the details of an order. You can do the same by using the “Export Orders” option.

When you click on the option, you’ll be redirected to an Export Order form where you can fill in all the necessary details in the required field and then simply click on the “Export Orders” button at the bottom.

These orders can be exported in .xls or .csv file formats.

Final Words

So, that was all about the order options on Kwikcart. We hope that this article helped provide you with the necessary understanding of the functionality and use of different order options to manage your orders efficiently.
