Adding a Simple Product on Kwikcart

When it comes to creating website pages and sales funnels, the first thing you want to do is add your product to the web pages and sales funnels. Kwikcart offers you an easy way to add a product to your funnels. Generally, there are two product types that you may want to add - Simple Product and Variable Product.

However, for this article, we will fix our focus on Adding a Simple Product to your website and sales funnels.

What is a Simple Product?

A simple product is used where the user does not require any attribute to add. For instance, books, stencils, health products, etc.

Since a simple product doesn’t require any attributes to be added, you can add it to your library in a matter of just a few minutes. Here are the steps that you need to follow-

1. Select “Add Products” under Products available in the menu on the left side of the homepage.

2. On the next page, mention your product name and add an attractive and appealing description to it.

3. Select a Product image available in the media library or you can upload a new picture from your device.

4. Next, you need to select the product type. You’ll have two options - Simple Product and Variable Product. Between the two options, select “Simple Product.”

5. Once you have selected the product type, under the “General” category tab, mention the regular price, sale price, tax status, and tax class for the product.

6. Order bump is an option available to escalate the Average order Value (AOV). If you wish to add this option, simply enable Order bump and add a price to it.

7. You can also add discounts for the products based on the quantity purchased. For this, enable the “Quantity” option and then fill in the details for different quantity bundling and price in the three different options provided.

You have to fill in the details for option 2 and option 3 only as the first option will be auto-populated with quantity as 1 and the regular price of the product.

8. Click on Publish Product appearing on the right side of the page.

9. After publishing the product, click on Permalink under Product Settings available on the right side of the page to view the Final page.
