Your product library is the most important aspect of your eCommerce store, and you need to keep it attractive and appealing for your audiences. Your audiences must have multiple products and options to view because fewer choices of products and a lack of options for the same products can put off the customers. This brings us to address the question of adding variable products to the product library.
What is a Variable Product?
A variable product means a product that comes with different options as regards size, color, capacity, etc. For instance, if you own a clothing store; you may have the same apparel in different sizes and colors. So, that particular piece of clothing will be a variable product.
Now, of course, you can’t put these variable sizes and colors as a new product, else it would make the product library look very monotonous and boring. This is where the use of variable products comes in.
So, now that you’re aware of what a variable product is, let’s look at how to add it to your product library.
